The New York Mets have announced M. Scott Havens as their new president of business operations.
Havens, the former CEO of Bloomberg Media, will be responsible for the Mets' day-to-day business strategy outside of baseball operations.
Havens will join the organization in January, with the goal of modernizing the Mets' strategy and providing fans with the best experience in sports. [ more ]
